A Whole New Look

Designed with a sportier look with improved aerodynamics, the car features new front end, domed hood, new headlamps, grille, and larger fog lap area. An all new underbody shield further increases the cars fuel economy by increasing aerodynamics. The interior has been completely redesigned with metallic finishes and an instrument panel extended through the center console, door and steering wheel. Soft upper and lower finishes replace the plastic look that many competitors off in their vehicles to give a more appealing look to the driver and passengers. Blue lighting on the instrument panel adds to style, as well as ease of visibility. The steering wheel has been wrapped in leather to conform to your grip, along with the shifter and armrests. The seats have also been contoured with smoother bolsters and inserts, to provide every thing that the driver touches with maximum comfort. An all new “welcome” sequence almost makes the car seem alive when you enter, with all new ambient lights and gauges for a stylish entrance.

Powertrain

The all new I-4 and V6 engine designs give the car power never felt before in a Fusion. A guaranteed 6 MPG improvement over previous models, and dramatically increased horsepower give the car the power it has been longing for. Optional 6 speed automatic or manual transmission can and will suit anyone’s driving style.

I-4 2.5 liter - 175 HP and 172 ft-lbs torque

V6 3.0 liter - 240 HP and 222 ft-lbs torque

V6 3.5 liter - 263 HP and 249 ft-lbs torque

Both 6 cylinder models are front wheel drive with an on demand all wheel drive system, allowing for easy transition to an all wheel drive experience.
